Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
